The Taita people (Wataita or Wadawida) are a Kenyan ethnic group and one of the oldest Bantu communities in the Taita-Taveta County. They primarily reside around the fertile Taita Hills, near the Tanzanian border, and are known for their agricultural practices and distinct culture.
